Start and continue research by email

You can now start a Village research task by emailing your workspace agent. Village replies in the email thread, and your follow-up messages continue the same agent conversation.

For example, send a link to a company’s earnings release and ask what changed in its guidance. When the reply arrives, ask for more detail on a business segment or request another pass with a narrower scope. The conversation is also available in Village when you want to continue there.

To get started, open email setup in your workspace. It provides the workspace’s email address and a draft you can open in your email app. Send the first message from the address associated with your Village account.

The setup page tracks the exchange, including whether the agent has sent a reply and whether a delivery problem was detected. Once set up, use that workspace address whenever you want to send the agent a new research request.
