Village

Connect Village to your AI agent

Village MCP connects Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Codex to agents in your Village workspace. Start a research task, check an agent’s progress, answer a question, or open a result without leaving your conversation.

You need a Village workspace
Sign in if your team already uses Village, or request a demo to create a workspace for your team.

Set up the connection

You can add Village as a custom remote MCP server using the endpoint below.

How it works

Your agent uses MCP to exchange messages with Village. A Village agent does the work in your workspace and returns results to the conversation.

Do not paste API keys or other secrets into your agent. If a Village agent asks for a secret, open the provided Village link and enter it into the masked prompt in Village.

Try Village

Design and build monitors, find new signals, or work with what is already in your workspace. After connecting, try one of these prompts.

Build a monitor

Use Village to build a monitor of Roblox gift-card rankings on Amazon bestsellers. Show rank and weekly change by card denomination, and alert me when a rank drops more than 20 positions in a week.

Find signals

Use Village to find signals on whether USDC activity is inflecting in a way that matters for Circle, stablecoin infrastructure, or cross-border payments.

Improve a monitor

Use Village to add an alert to my monitor. Suggest a few thresholds that fit the data.

Ask about your workspace

In my Village workspace, what changed in my data this week?

Check agent progress

Check the Village agent conversation we just started and show me its current progress.

Open a result

Show me the report we created last week.

Data access and confirmation

Village uses OAuth and applies the same workspace membership checks as the Village app on every request. If your account belongs to one workspace, Village uses it automatically. If you belong to more than one, your agent asks which workspace to use for that request. The connection itself is not restricted to one workspace.

Reading conversations and downloading a file do not modify workspace data. Starting agent work or answering an agent question can modify files, monitors, connected services, or other resources as the agent carries out the request. Your client may ask you to confirm these operations before they run.

See the Village Privacy Policy for information about data collection, use, and retention. Village does not use Customer Data to train its own or third-party AI models.

Security information is available in the Village Trust Center.

Troubleshooting

MCP tools

Village MCP provides tools for starting and reviewing agent work, answering agent questions, and opening workspace files. These tools can be combined in one task.

Support

For help, see Village Support or email [email protected]. Include your workspace name and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or other secrets.
