Our mission is to democratize the data capabilities limited to only the largest firms in the world, and to shape an emerging category: software built by agents to answer questions.

Coding agents changed what a single software engineer can build. We think Village does the same for investors: personal software will let investors test every idea, those that used to require a team, along with those that they would never have been able to get to at all.

As coding agents make software cheaper to produce, we believe there will be an explosion in a shape of software that’s uncommon today: personal software you build to pursue a question. That software has a structure, and we are its structural engineers.
